Terms & Conditions

For contestants participating in the Annual Giveaway

1. Eligibility:

- The Cajun Property Management LLC Annual Giveaway ("Giveaway") is open to clients of Cajun Property Management LLC who meet the following criteria:

- Clients must have made a purchase with Cajun Property Management LLC during the Giveaway period.

- Clients must be of legal age as per the laws of their jurisdiction.

2. Giveaway Duration:

- The Giveaway begins at the start of each calendar year and ends at the conclusion of the same year.

3. Enrollment:

- Clients are automatically enrolled in the Giveaway by making a purchase with Cajun Property Management LLC during the Giveaway period.

- To be eligible for specific prizes, clients must meet the following purchase thresholds:

- Spend over $100,000: Eligible to win a 2023 Talon 1000R-4 Fox Line Valve ATV (1 winner).

- Spend between $40,000 - $99,999: Eligible to win a 2023 Fourtax Foreman 4x4 ES EPS ATV (3 winners).

- Spend between $10,000 - $39,999: Eligible to win a locally made Louisiana-themed art piece valued at approximately $500 (10 winners).

- Clients must also submit a contest application on the Cajun Property Management LLC website to officially enter the Giveaway.

4. Prize Details:

- Prizes include:

- 2023 Talon 1000R-4 Fox Line Valve ATV (MSRP $25,799 + destination charge $1,370) - 1 winner

- 2023 FourTrax Foreman 4x4 ES EPS ATV (MSRP $8,849) - 3 winners

- Locally made Louisiana-themed art piece (Approx. value $500) - 10 winners

- Warranty information and maintenance responsibilities for prizes are unknown.

5. Entry Limit:

- Limited to one (1) entry per household.

6. Winner Notification and Claiming:

- Winners will be notified via email, physical mail, and phone call on the following business day after the drawing.

- Winners must claim their prize within two (2) weeks after the initial notification.

- Prize delivery will occur after the winner's eligibility is verified, and all necessary paperwork is finalized.

7. Verification of Winners:

- Procedures for verifying winner eligibility and compliance with the Terms and Conditions will be determined by Cajun Property Management LLC.

8. Client Re-Entry:

- Clients who have previously won an award in the Giveaway will not be eligible to win again.

- Old clients will remain in the Giveaway list unless they have won an award previously. To re-enter, they must make a new purchase with Cajun Property Management LLC.

9. Minimum Participation Requirement:

- The Giveaway may be canceled if Cajun Property Management LLC does not receive new clients in an amount at least five (5) times the total number of winners for each tier.

10. Notification of Changes:

- Clients will be notified of any changes to the Giveaway terms and conditions via email.

11. Privacy and Anonymity:

- Client information collected for the Giveaway will be used, stored, and protected in accordance with Cajun Property Management LLC's privacy policy.

- Winners can choose to remain anonymous if they prefer.

12. Legal Compliance:

- Cajun Property Management LLC is located in South Louisiana. The Giveaway will adhere to all applicable laws and regulations of the jurisdiction.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

- These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Louisiana.

- Any disputes arising from the Giveaway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Louisiana.

14. Indemnification:

- By participating in the Giveaway, clients agree to indemnify and hold Cajun Property Management LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or in connection with their participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize.

15. Limitation of Liability:

- Cajun Property Management LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, arising out of or in connection with the Giveaway.

16. Disqualification:

- Cajun Property Management LLC reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in fraudulent or inappropriate conduct.

- Any attempt to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway may result in disqualification.

17. Changes or Cancellation:

- Cajun Property Management LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events that affect the integrity or proper conduct of the Giveaway.

- In the event of cancellation, Cajun Property Management LLC will make reasonable efforts to notify clients and award prizes in a fair and equitable manner.

18. Entire Agreement:

- These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the client and Cajun Property Management LLC regarding the Giveaway, superseding any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

19. Acceptance of Terms:

- By participating in the Cajun Property Management LLC Annual Giveaway, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
